This spectacular unique EVOO is a rare cultivar- typically an eating olive (when brined) this unusual extra virgin olive oil is produced in limited quantities and hails from the Casas de Hualdo Estate in Toledo, Spain. They pick and crush the olives within a few hours at the early part of the annual harvest.
Robust Intensity- very green fruity.
This 250 ml (8.45oz) is a perfect size for a smaller household.
Best used raw- drizzle on side dishes, savory salads, on a baked potato instead of butter, or simply with bread. This oil is medium fruity/intensity. Slight bitter on the tongue and peppery in the throat.
